Just days after his triumphant NRL grand final performance, US rapper Macklemore has announced he will return to Australia for a tour.

He will return in February to perform in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne after his triumphant pre-match performance in Sydney on Sunday.

He will return Down Under with music from his solo album Gemini which is at number 3 on the ARIA album charts. It features the singles Glorious and Good Old Days featuring Kesha.

Macklemore had success in partnership with DJ and producer Ryan Lewis, the pair released two albums together and had hits with tracks such as Thrift Shop and Downtown.
