Man charged after fatal Sydney stabbing

A 20-year-old man has been charged with affray after seven people were stabbed, including one fatally, during a party in suburban Sydney.

A man has been charged with affray after a multiple stabbing at a party in Ryde which resulted in the death of a teenager.

On Wednesday, police charged the 20-year-old from Ryde, who has been under police guard at Westmead Hospital since Sunday morning.

A 16-year-old boy died in hospital on Sunday morning after the party, during which six others were stabbed.
