A man faces firearm and drugs charges after a woman was fatally shot at a Geelong home.
The 25-year-old man is charged with being a prohibited person possessing a firearm, possessing and trafficking heroin and is expected to face court on Friday.
The woman, aged 31 and named by multiple media outlets as mother-of-four Emily Miller, died in hospital after the shooting at Whittington on Wednesday. The homicide squad is investigating.
