A man will face court after police allegedly found a haul of the drug ice worth $8 million hidden in a consignment of industrial equipment addressed to a regional NSW business.

Police say they discovered the illicit 16kg delivery, $300,000 cash and a conductive electric device during six searches of Central Coast properties on Friday morning.

The 42-year-old man was arrested at a Terrigal home and will face Wyong Local Court on Saturday charged with two counts of importing a commercial quantity of a border controlled drug.
