Man charged over fatal Sydney stabbing

A man has been charged after another man was stabbed to death in Sydney's northwest.

A man has been charged with murder after another man was stabbed to death in what police say was a domestic-related stabbing in Sydney's northwest.

Emergency services found a 34-year-old man with multiple stab wounds at Dutch Place, in St Clair, about 6.40pm on Saturday.

He was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.

Police allege the man was involved in an argument with a 31-year-old in the front yard of the St Clair house before the younger man stabbed him and ran off.

The men were known to each other, police said.

Two hours after the alleged attack, the 31-year-old man was arrested at a home some 2km away and was charged with murder.

He is due to appear at Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday.
