A man charged over the death of Logan mother Sabrina Bremer has been granted bail.
Jade Rodney Nielsen is charged with being an accessory after the fact in the murder of Ms Bremer, whose charred body was found on the side of a dirt road in northern NSW last month.
Nielsen was given bail when he appeared via video link at the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Nielsen's laywer, Kristy Bell, argued he had suitable living arrangements and would comply with police reporting conditions.
Magistrate Pam Dowse granted him bail with conditions including he have no contact with co-accused Joshua Mundy and Rachel Wheatley.
Mundy and Wheatley, who remain in custody, are both charged with Ms Bremer's murder and interfering with her corpse.
Ms Bremer's badly burnt remains were found by a passing motorist at Pollards Road, North Tumbulgum on August 18, two days after she was last seen alive. The motorist initially thought her body was a burning log.
Five days after the grim discovery, the 34-year-old's white Camry sedan was found in the Logan suburb of Woodridge, south of Brisbane, following a tip-off.
Nielsen must also have no contact with Ms Bremer's family and report regularly to police as part of his bail conditions.
In granting him bail, Magistrate Dowse said the police objection did not have any information or intelligence he would commit an offence, represented a danger to public safety, interfere with witnesses or obstruct the course of justice if released.
Nielsen, Mundy and Wheatley will have their cases return to court on November 7.
