A man has been charged with murder after another man was fatally stabbed in the neck with a bottle in Sydney's southwest.
The 45-year-old victim was outside a unit block in Lakemba with his partially deaf father when he was attacked in the early hours of Sunday.
It's believed the attacker took exception to the man talking very loudly to his father.
A 24-year-old man who handed himself in to police at Campsie on Sunday afternoon has been charged with murder and refused bail to appear at Burwood Local Court on Monday.
A 48-year-old man who was arrested in relation to the case on Sunday was later released without being charged.
