Man dead, four injured in Qld crash

A man has died and three children are injured after a single car crash on the Warrego Highway in southwest Queensland.

A man has been killed and four people injured, including three children, in a car crash in outback Queensland.

The car lost control and rolled off the Warrego Highway, near Wallumbilla, east of Roma, around 8am on Friday.

The road was closed in both directions for several hours to allow two rescue helicopters to land.

The three children, aged from seven to 11, were flown to Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in a serious condition.
