Man dead, woman hospitalised in Hobart

Tasmania Police have found a woman and man with knife wounds at a Sandy Bay home, with the man dying from his injuries.

A man is dead and a woman in hospital after being found in a Hobart home with knife wounds.

Police were called to the Sandy Bay home early on Sunday morning, where they found the pair had suffered knife wounds.

The man died of his injuries and police don't believe anyone else was involved.
