A 72-year-old man will face a Sydney court after being extradited from the UK over hundreds of child sex offences relating to one victim over two decades.
Police flew to the United Kingdom last week and arrested the man over the offences which allegedly date back to the 1970s and 1980s in Sydney.
They say the man was served with 23 warrants relating to more than 300 child sex charges.
He was extradited to Australia on Thursday and is due to face Waverley Local Court.
