A man accused of 'mooning' the Queen during her visit to Brisbane this week is expected to plead guilty to public nuisance.
Liam Lloyd Warriner, 22, appeared in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Friday charged with one count of public nuisance, to which his lawyer indicated he would plead guilty.
Warriner, of the Sydney suburb of Ashfield, is accused of flashing his buttocks at the 85-year-old monarch as she toured the Queensland capital.

His barrister, John-Paul Mould, indicated he believed he would contest a charge of wilful exposure.
The matter was adjourned until November 16 but his appearance was excused by the judge and his lawyer said he intended to return to his NSW home.
Outside court, Mr Mould said Warriner had no statement for the media.
"My client doesn't have any comment to make," he said.
"One of the charges would appear to be misconceived and that's going to be dealt with by the court at a later date."
