Man killed by vehicle in northern Victoria

A man who is yet to be identified has died after he was hit by a vehicle in the town of Shepparton on Friday night.

A man is dead after a collision in Shepparton in northern Victoria and investigators are yet to determine what led to the incident.

Emergency services were called to Popular Avenue following reports of a man struck by a vehicle shortly before 11pm.

A female driver stopped to assist but the man, who is yet to be identified, died at the scene.
