David Casey, from Bedworth, said he bit down on what he believed to be a piece of fudge in the Tesco's Devonshire-style fudge yoghurt, only to realise it was a rotten tooth.
The 43-year-old, who recently underwent chemotherapy for a tumour in his stomach, was disgusted by the discovery and complained to supermarket giant Tesco.

“They've said sorry for the inconvenience, but it's not inconvenient – it's disgusting,” Casey told The Sun.
“I could have someone's scabby tooth in my stomach right now . . . to have someone else's tooth in me right now would be the worst thing in the world to have going on.”
Tesco has since sent Casey two £15 Tesco vouchers in apology. However the former corporal in the Royal Infantry has returned both, labelling them an “insult”.
According to The Courier Mail, A Tesco spokesperson has said the company is looking into the matter.
