Two men have been arrested after a man was shot dead in Melbourne's west.
Paramedics were called to the scene about 10.50am (AEST) on Monday, with the first of three ambulance crews arriving within three minutes, Ambulance Victoria spokesman Paul Bentley said.
The shooting occurred at Techno Park Drive in the Williamstown Industrial Park in Williamstown North.
"When police declared the area safe they (the paramedics) moved in and it was confirmed that a man had died," he told AAP.
The dead man is believed to have been aged in his 30s.

Police deputy commissioner Ken Lay confirmed a man had been shot dead and that the homicide squad were currently at the scene.
"We will work out what's happened," he told reporters.
One of the men arrested is believed to have been treated for cuts to his hands following a struggle.
