Police want to speak a witness who they believe saw a man stabbed during a fight at a Logan shopping centre.
The 25-year-old victim was discovered at the top of an escalator by a member of the public on Monday evening at a shopping centre on Beenleigh Rd in Underwood, south of Brisbane.
The man drove into the car park in a Mercedes Benz sedan and became involved in a physical altercation, in which he was stabbed in the stomach.
He then ran into the centre and climbed the escalator to get help, police say.
The man was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition where he is fighting for life.
Police believe a man captured in CCTV wearing a red baseball cap, blue shirt and glasses may have witnessed the incident and are urging him to come forward. He is not a suspect.
