Man tumbles from fourth floor in Sydney

Police are waiting to speak to a man who fell four floors from a Bondi building.

A man is in hospital with head injuries after falling from a fourth-floor balcony at Bondi Beach.

Sydney police are still waiting to speak to the man about how he came to fall from the building in the early hours of Sunday.

Paramedics were called to the block just after 3.30am (AEDT) where they found the injured man, believed to be in his 30s or 40s.

He was treated at the scene before being taken to St Vincent's Hospital.

Police have taken statements from several witnesses.

There appear to be no suspicious circumstances, they say.
