Manly stand down youngster for DUI

Manly have stood down forward Liam Knight for driving three times over the legal alcohol limit and speeding at 137km/h in a 70km/h zone.

Promising Manly forward Liam Knight has been stood down after he was arrested for drink driving and speeding on Wednesday morning.

Knight, 21, registered a blood alcohol level three times over the legal limit (0.176) and was caught doing 137kmh in a 70kmh zone at Frenchs Forest.

He has had his licence suspended and will appear in Manly Local Court on April 20.
