Man's body found in Melbourne roof

A man has died while working on a Melbourne property undergoing renovations.

A man has been found dead in the roof of a Melbourne property being renovated.

Emergency services were called to Toorak Road, Camberwell, about 7.10pm on Wednesday where a man in his 20s was found dead in the roof space of a property.

Police say it is believed the man was at the home doing electrical work, but the cause of death is to be confirmed.

WorkSafe is investigating and police will prepare a report for the coroner.
