The son of Celebrity Apprentice host Mark Bouris has been found not guilty of assault after being accused of pulling out his girlfriend's hair extensions and choking her.

Sydney hotelier Dane Bouris pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm to 23-year-old model Alexandra Dankwa during a dispute at his Watsons Bay apartment in Sydney's east on April 11.

Magistrate Michael Barko on Wednesday found he had a doubt about the guilt of Mr Bouris, adding it was a case of one-on-one.
