An intellectually disabled Aboriginal man from Western Australia spent ten years in prison without conviction before being conditionally released in January last year.

Now, he wants justice. In 2002, Marlon Noble was charged with sexually assaulting two girls, but never faced trial after he was deemed unfit to plead.

The alleged victims have since come out and denied Mr Noble ever assaulted them.

A review of Mr Noble's release conditions is due later in the year.
