Queensland's courts must deliver justice for toddler Mason Jet Lee, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk says.

Mason's mother Anne-Maree Lee, 27, was on Monday denied bail in the Toowoomba Magistrate's Court over the 21-month-old's June 11 death at Caboolture, north of Brisbane, as was 17-year-old Ryan Hodson, while Mason's step-dad William O'Sullivan did not apply for bail when he faced court on Saturday.

"It is absolutely horrific what happened to Mason Lee and we now have the situation where not one, not two, three adults have been charged. Now I want the courts to do their job and bring about justice," Ms Palaszczuk said on Monday.
