Mates rescue Qld man after wall collapse

A Queensland man has been rescued by workmates after a wall collapsed on him south of Brisbane.

A Queensland man has been rescued by his workmates and hospitalised with "significant" leg injuries after a wall collapsed on him.

Paramedics were called to an address in Shailer Park, south of Brisbane, with reports of a workplace accident where a wall had fallen on a man aged in his 40s at 10.50am on Tuesday.

The man was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital after his co-workers pulled him out from under the wall.
