Matildas players reportedly do not know how much they will be paid for the upcoming SheBelieves Cup in the US, with discussions over the issue not yet resolved.
The background: A pay dispute between players and Football Australia was reported by NewsCorp earlier this month, ahead of the SheBelieves tournament.
When asked about the reported pay dispute this week, defender Ellie Carpenter said players did not yet know how much they will be paid.
"Discussions with the FA are ongoing and that's why I can't comment on that right now," she said.
Football Australia said they were not in dispute with the players' union under the terms of their Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

What else to know: In 2015, Matildas players went on strike over inadequate pay ahead of a tournament, which led to a new CBA.
Football Australia said it remains "committed to working together" with the players union to grow the game's revenues, strengthen its commercial future, and provide an "optional high-performance environment".
The SheBelieves Cup will run from 20-27 February. This year's four-team tournament will involve the Matildas, the US, Japan and Colombia.
The annual invitational tournament was first held in 2016 and the US has so far won it seven times.
