McGrath is bolstering its real estate operations in Melbourne, just a few days after issuing a profit warning.
The company has signed two new franchise offices in Bentleigh and Croydon, which will double the number of Melbourne offices to four since it entered Victoria in December.
"Melbourne is one of Australia's most dynamic property markets and one where we see great opportunity for our company and its clients," chief executive John McGrath said.
Melbourne has reported solid growth over the past 12 months with gains of 9.8 per cent year on year, the highest of any capital city, followed by Sydney.
The two new Melbourne offices, which are slated to open in May, will bring its office count across the east coast of Australia to 84.
