A Melbourne council is taking its fight to stop another 15 poker machines being installed in a local RSL to the Supreme Court.

A Melbourne council is fighting the approval of 15 poker machines at a local RSL in the Supreme Court.

Darebin Council is appealing the decision by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal to approve 15 gaming machines at the Darebin RSL, bringing the total number of machines to 80.

At a planning committee meeting on Monday, council agreed to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.
