Melbourne Cup-winning jockey Blake Shinn is one of two riders reportedly being investigated for allegedly placing illegal bets on horse races.
Fairfax newspapers have reported Shinn and Sydney jockey Peter Robl are being investigated over bets placed from a TAB account.
A hearing on the matter is set to take place on November 8.

"A date has been set and there may be some correspondence before that meeting," Racing NSW chief steward Ray Murrihy was quoted as saying.
"I can confirm that the matter involves the bets placed from a single TAB account.
"The matter could be dealt with at our first meeting or it may require further discussions."
Jockeys are not allowed to place bets on racing, even if they are not participating in the race, and can be fined up to $75,000 and banned for life if found guilty by stewards.
The Fairfax report said there was no suggestion either jockey attempted to throw a race.
News of the investigation comes just five days out from the 150th running of the Melbourne Cup, in which Shinn is likely to earn a ride.
Shinn claimed the race for Bart Cummings two years ago on Viewed.
