A nine-year-old British schoolboy nicknamed the 'mini-Monet' has invested in his first home for his family.
Kieron Williamson has found international fame as a landscape artist after he began painting on a family holiday in 2008.
Now, he has paid £150,000 (A$231,000) for a property in Norfolk, England, after previously living in a rented flat with his family, the Daily Mail reports.

The home will remain in trust until his 18th birthday.
Kieron's last big exhibition of 33 paintings sold for £150,000 (A$231,000) within 30 minutes last July.
His recent work has seen bids from 35 countries.
