Miranda Kerr gives birth to boy in LA

Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr has given birth to a baby boy in the US, according to reports.

Kerr, 27, who secretly married British actor Orlando Bloom in July, gave birth at a Los Angeles hospital on Thursday, the Hollywood website X17 reported.

Kerr's parents Therese and John flew in from Australia to be with their daughter and visited the hospital at 8pm on Thursday, according to X17.

News Ltd says that despite giving birth in the US, the model has made it clear that her baby will spend a lot of time in Australia, tweeting recently that despite having a US, European and Australian passport, her first born will be 'an Aussie through and through'.
