England captain Eoin Morgan will again play for the Sydney Thunder in this summer's Big Bash League.
The middle-order batsman will play the first half of the 2016-17 Twenty20 competition in this third stint with the reigning champions.
"I'm delighted to be back at Sydney Thunder, particularly after the success they had last year, it's great to be back and wearing the green shirt," Morgan said.
"Watching from afar the progress of the side last year was awesome and I was delighted for everybody at the club."
Morgan is scheduled to play the first five games of this season's BBL before joining the England side for their ODI and T20 series in India with the Thunder to announce his replacement in coming weeks.
