Naked gym goer thought slogan made it ok

A man who stripped off before doing a gym work out has indicated he thought it was OK due to the gym's slogan indicating it was a place free of judgement.

A 34-year-old man who stripped naked before doing some yoga in a US gym apparently thought it was OK due to the gym's "Judgement Free Zone" slogan.

Eric Stagno was charged with indecent exposure, lewdness and disorderly conduct after he took off his clothes before doing some yoga poses in New Hampshire on Sunday.

Police say Stagno referenced Planet Fitness' "Judgement Free Zone" slogan when explaining his actions.

Local network NECN reports Stagno is now free on bail while he awaits a further hearing at the Plaistow District Court on September 21.
