It is Valkyrie, NASA's super hero robot.
Designed with cutting edge arms that detach, mounted cameras from head to toe and sonar sensors are all mounted on the human-figured robot.
It even has a glowing circle in its chest that would make Tony Stark smile.
It took NASA nine months, from design to build, to produce this humanoid machine, which, according to the agency, is able to enter disaster zones and provide search and rescue functions.
However, Valkyrie's first job is to compete in next week's robotic challenge, sponsored by the Department of Defence.
Seventeen teams around the world will attempt to guide their robots through physical tasks.
