Two Navy Seahawk helicopters are being redeployed to Victoria, as the state's efforts turn to communities between Kerang and Swan Hill.

The ADF says the Seahawks will be on deck in Victoria from today to help move emergency services personnel and deliver supplies to communities isolated by floodwaters.

The focus is on communities between Kerang and Swan Hill, where water is expected to reach major flood level by the end of this week, when flows from the Loddon River meet the swollen Murray.
