NBA-bound Bullets buoyed by Melbourne tilt

Having watched Melbourne come within a point of Oklahoma City Thunder, the Brisbane Bullets hold no fear ahead of their NBA preseason clash with Phoenix.

Brisbane will follow Melbourne's lead and take it to their opposition when they front up against the NBA's Phoenix Suns on Saturday.

The Bullets depart on Tuesday for the third and final NBA preseason game that features NBL sides.

Melbourne came within a point of upsetting Russell Westbrook's Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday, Bullets coach Andrej Lemanis admitting that the performance had already inspired his players.
