A third person has been charged with murder in relation to the death of Kangaroo Flat woman Samantha Kelly, who was allegedly bludgeoned to death with a hammer.
Mother-of-four Samantha Kelly went missing on January 20 and her body was found in a creek in mid-February, originally leading to murder charges against two people.
A 44-year-old Swan Hill man had his charge of accessory to murder upgraded to murder on Monday and he will appear at Swan Hill Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
