Queensland's four new ministers have been sworn in by Governor Paul de Jersey.

Stirling Hinchliffe, Grace Grace, Mick de Brenni and Leanne Donaldson took on their new roles - and several other ministers had their positions altered - at a ceremony at Government House in Brisbane on Tuesday.

"I assure Your Excellency that as ministers of the state, they will fulfil the duties of their appointed offices and, importantly, will seek to exemplify the qualities expected of people in such offices," Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk told Mr de Jersey.
