Noodle packets smuggling meth to Melb

Four Chinese nationals have been charged with attempting to import 12kg of methamphetamine into Melbourne using packets of noodles.

Packets of noodles have been used in an attempt to smuggle 12kg of methamphetamine into Melbourne.

Border Force officers tested an international mail package from China and the noodle packets returned a positive result for meth.

A Melbourne apartment was raided on Wednesday and four Chinese nationals - three men and a woman - have been remanded in custody, charged with drug trafficking offences.
