Norwegian tourist dies crossing Perth road

Police are calling for witnesses and dash cam footage following the death of a 24-year-old Norwegian man, who was hit by a car while crossing a Perth road.

A Norwegian tourist has died in a Perth hospital after he was hit by a car while crossing a road on Boxing Day.

The 24-year-old was near Connolly Shopping Centre on December 26 about 12.30pm when struck by a Volkswagen hatchback.

He suffered critical injuries and was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital where he died on Friday.

Police on Monday called for witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to come forward.
