NSW chippy accused of murder conspiracy

NSW fish and chip shop operator and Gold Coast resident Joseph Palermo, 36, has been charged with conspiracy to murder and weapons possession.

The case against the operator of a NSW fish and chip shop accused of conspiring to kill his landlord has been adjourned.

Gold Coast man Joseph Palermo, 36, has been charged with conspiracy to murder and weapons possession.

Palermo and co-accused Daniel Habershon, 25, were arrested on Friday outside the landlord's home in Clayfield, northern Brisbane.

The case is due for mention in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on March 24.
