NSW man to face court over underage tattoo

A man will face court in NSW after he allegedly tattooed a 15-year-old boy without parental permission.

A NSW man will face court charged with tattooing an underage boy without parental permission.

The 21-year-old man allegedly gave a 15-year-old boy a tattoo on his chest, in the garage of a home in May.

It's alleged when police attended the man's home regarding the complaint, the man was performing a second tattoo on the same child.

The man has a NSW Tattooist Licence, but police believe he does not have a licence to operate a body art business from his home.

He is expected to face Port Kembla Local Court on three charges in December.
