SBS World News Radio: New South Wales says a new scheme targeting repeat domestic violence offenders has shown positive results, with hundreds of people arrested.

Following a successful trial, in February the state government introduced Suspect Target Management Plans, previously used for crimes such as robbery.

Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, Pru Goward, tells Andrea Nierhoff the strategy is the first of its kind in the country.
