NSW woman, 25, charged with drug offences

A 25-year-old woman has been charged with a number of drug offences after a police stop in Sydney led to the alleged discovery of a white powder and money.

A woman has been charged after a vehicle stop in inner west Sydney led police to an alleged cache of drugs.

Officers who stopped and searched the car in Glebe on Friday night allegedly found 16.2g of a white powder believed to be cocaine, a quantity of money, and four mobile phones.

The items were seized for forensic analysis. The 25-year-old driver was bailed to appear on a number of drug charges at Downing Centre Local Court on December 7.
