NSW woman missing without medication

A missing 65-year-old northwest Sydney woman is without her medication and may be unaware of her surroundings, police say.

Family and friends hold serious concerns for a missing Sydney woman who has a medical condition and may not be aware of her surroundings.

Leonie Cavanagh, 65, was last seen at her home in Duneba Drive at Westleigh in the city's northwest about 9am on Friday.

Police say she does not have access to her medication.

Ms Cavanagh is about 160cm tall with auburn hair and was last seen wearing black pants, a fawn coloured polo fleece jacket and black shoes.
