An extradited New Zealand man is set to arrive in Brisbane on Tuesday afternoon after being charged with the murder of a missing Gold Coast man.
The 27-year-old, who was arrested in Auckland early on Monday, is being extradited to Australia for his alleged involvement in the disappearance of father-of-two Greg Dufty.
The man and ex-Bandido Lionel Patea were both charged with murder after several police raids across the Gold Coast.
The New Zealander, who has also been charged with interfering with a corpse, is set to face Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Patea, who was already in custody, has been served with a notice to appear at Southport Magistrates Court on November 11.

Mr Dufty went missing on July 6, just days after arriving on the Gold Coast from Darwin.
The 37-year-old parked his car at a Gold Coast seafood restaurant before being driven to a remote hinterland location.
Several other men were interviewed about Mr Dufty's disappearance although no further charges have been laid.
Investigations continue and police are appealing for anyone with information on the location of Mr Dufty's body to contact them.
"Certainly we would dearly love to be able to locate the body," Detective Inspector Dave Hutchinson said.
"The fact that somebody's been charged makes no difference, we still believe there are people out there that know where the body is."
