Several police from the same Melbourne station will face disciplinary hearings over the creation of "inappropriate stubby holders".
A dozen officers will also be questioned about a photo, and email use at the Sunshine police station in the city's west.
Three officers have already been suspended.
Victoria Police says "as the disciplinary process is ongoing, it would be inappropriate to comment further".
