Louisiana's Governor Bobby Jindal says it's going to be difficult for authorities to clean up the oil spill.
"The heavy oil is here," Jindal says.

"This is the day everybody was worried about, everybody was concerned about. The day is here, the heavy oil is in the marshes."
The Governor says oil has so far affected 48 kilometres of marshland.
Jindal says the state is waiting on approval from the US Army of Engineers to create new emergency sand barriers to stop the oil from affecting the delicate ecosystem of the Mississippi River.
The explosion on the Deepwater Horizon oil rig exactly a month ago has BP scrambling for a way to stem the thousands of tonnes of crude oil that is leaking into the ocean every day.
