The Governor-General, Quentin Bryce, has begun a tour of Indigenous communities in far north Queensland. She's the patron of a foundation that encourages business, education and arts partnerships with mainstream groups. Her first stop was Lockhart River, on the Eastern side of the Cape, which is home to a community of nearly 700 people.
