On the ground in Cairo: Egypt prepares for new wave of protests

Egypt is preparing for another wave of protests, after Friday prayers, this time from demoralised supporters of the deposed President Mohamed Morsi.

The Army has cracked down on the Muslim Brotherhood's key leaders, but says it will tolerate demonstrations, as long as there is no violence.

That crackdown is building after the chief of the nation's highest court was sworn in, as interim President.
