Egypt's generals are running the country tonight. The Islamist President Mohamed Morsi was ousted, the constitution suspended, and the head of the Supreme Court about to be installed as President.
It has ended days of uncertainty, but the question for Egypt is 'Now what?' SBS Correspondent Brett Mason reports from Cairo.
FULL MILITARY COUP OR A 'SECOND REVOLUTION'?
Egypt's military has already shown its willingness to rule, with at least three pro-Morsi supporters dead after a clash with soldiers, in the wake of the takeover few want to call a coup.

WHERE IS MORSI NOW?
Mohamed Morsi is now on house arrest, to protect his safety, the army says. There are also reports that Morsi will be charged, Brett Mason reports.
