One dead in two-car crash near ACT border

One person has died and another is injured after a two-car crash on the Kings Highway just inside the ACT border.

Police are investigating what caused a fatal two-car crash just inside the ACT border.

One person died at the scene of the accident on the Kings Highway in Kowen on Wednesday morning, while another was treated by ambulance officers and taken to hospital.

It is the fifth death on ACT roads this year.
