SYDNEY SIEGE GUNMAN MAN HARON MONIS'S ONLINE WORLD
* Monis operated a website, SheikhHaron.com, one and possibly two YouTube accounts, a Facebook page, Twitter account and multiple email accounts
* One of his email addresses was "peaceactivist1"
* Monis emailed Prime Minister Tony Abbott's office in November 2013 inviting the PM to a "live debate" about Australian troops in Afghanistan. He received an auto-response email.
* In one website post, Monis likened himself to Julian Assange as a political target.
* Monis sent emails from one of his accounts to another, including one in 2014 with a copy of a letter to NSW Police headed "Sheikh Haron is not a bikie member" that said he may join a bikie gang and teach them about religion.
* Monis paid for Facebook ads to promote his website.
* Facebook removed Monis's page, "Pledge of Allegiance" on December 9, 2014 - six days before the siege - for violating terms of use that ban hateful, threatening or obscene material.
* Monis appealed the ban on December 11, writing to Facebook to say: "I believe that teaching religion is not against the rules of Facebook. Please reconsider my ad account and I will be more careful about what I advertise with Facebook".
* Police have asked Facebook for the offending material.
